Roudy Nassif, Co-Founder of VivaRays learned the hard way that he needed his sleep. He spent most of his life staying up late and waking up feeling low on energy and unmotivated. As a trained civil engineer and about 5 years ago, the anguish of career life was unbearable and he needed to change something. Traveling the world he learned an invaluable lesson about himself and nature and discovered a great passion for health which led him to quantum physics and biology.Since then, he changed his quantum environment, his thoughts and his light diet. In Roudy’s own words: 

Many of you are having issues getting a good night's sleep. You are very busy with work, on your computers with virtual meetings, email and other tasks. When you finally do relax, you do so with your devices. All of this artificial light from your environment is negatively affecting your health. The science is now here to prove this.

My name is Roudy Nassif, founder of VivaRays. Being diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, I too experiences a lifetime of poor sleep, sluggishness in the mornings with no ability to focus during the day. The results from poor quality sleep gave me a lifetime of struggles and I suffered from depression ... until a miraculous event happened to me.

I spent 6 weeks on a vacation where I was only exposed to sunlight, candle and firelight. Within 3 days, I was sleeping quickly and peacefully through the night to then wake up before sunrise feeling refreshed, energized and fully focussed all day. This lasted throughout the 6-week period. When I returned to my home in the city, I quickly fell back into the same spiral of poor sleep at night with a lack of focus, energy and depression during the day.

Was it the light environment I experienced during my vacation that changed me so quickly and dramatically? I had to find out and I spent many years researching light's affects on our body, our circadian rhythm and the negative effects of the artificial light environment we live in today.

What I learned from the world's leading scientists, doctors and researchers is this field is our environment full of artificial light, our reliance on computers, TV's and devices every day, is negatively affecting our quality of sleep and our overall health and wellbeing.

I tried many things to help me manage this artificial light in my environment with all ending in failure. This is why I founded VivaRays, the world's first 3-lens artificial light management solution. We can now finally rest soundly and peacefully at night to then wake up fully refreshed, focussed and energetic all day.
